1. Introduction

Welcome to ChecksComplete, operated by SkyConnect BV, a company registered in the Netherlands. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any of our features. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use ChecksComplete.

2. Use of the service

ChecksComplete is a compliance management platform for aviation professionals, private pilots and recreational pilots. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service to store false or misleading qualification data, or in any way that could endanger aviation safety.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@checkscomplete.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. ChecksComplete is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and billing

ChecksComplete offers paid subscription plans. All subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your chosen plan will be billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of ChecksComplete — including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by ChecksComplete and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of liability

ChecksComplete is a tool to assist with compliance tracking and does not replace the responsibility of individual pilots or organisations to verify their own qualifications. We are not liable for any regulatory penalties, incidents, or losses arising from reliance on data stored in our platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, during which time you may request an export.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
